From the transcript

Um, and I'm going to wrap up my testimony, um, by emphasizing that our request is intended to be deliberately narrow in focus and scope to accommodate staff and resource limitations. We understand and respect the concerns on limitations, but we also strongly believe this action would provide multiple fishery benefits, thus making it worthy of the Council and NMFS's time, especially given the overarching goals identified in Thank you. Thank you for your testimony, Ms. Christiansen. Are there any questions? Yes, Ms. Vanderhoeven.
