We'd also hoped Rentalscape would give us more information about the property owner and the actual rental address. Unfortunately, it doesn't always provide that information, so we still have to do additional research on those individual rental sites. Our busiest times with RentalScape are generally September through November when we're preparing our November 15th business personal property mailings, and again in March during appeals. We also saw a spike in July after tax bills went out and some taxpayers contacted us saying they didn't have short-term rentals, and we went on to RentalScape Rentalscape to show that they did. One thing we learned is that Rentalscape isn't always 100% accurate.
