The request is to create 6 lots from Tract E area on Wolf Lake Phase 2 addition 1, plat number 91-11, to be known as Aileron Acres, containing 8.71 acres plus or minus. The property is located south of East Beechcraft Road, west of North Ingstrom Road, and directly north of East Heart Lake Loop within the northeast, northeast quarter section town 21, Township 18 North, Range 01 East, Seward Meridian, Alaska, and the North Lakes Community Council in Assembly District Number 6.
