Wasilla woman arrested on 14 counts in December storage unit burglary

A Wasilla woman faces 14 counts after Alaska State Troopers linked her to a December 2025 storage unit burglary in which multiple firearms were stolen, according to a Department of Public Safety dispatch.

Troopers arrested Sabreena Brewer, 31, Saturday afternoon on one count of second-degree burglary and 13 counts of second-degree theft. She was remanded at Palmer Pretrial. The charges are accusations, and Brewer is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.

The Mat-Su Criminal Suppression Unit went to a Palmer residence at about 2:26 p.m. to look for William Paterson, who has an outstanding arrest warrant. Officers contacted Brewer during that visit.
