TCC seeks contractor for new Rampart health clinic, proposals due August 21

Tanana Chiefs Conference issued a request for proposals on July 16–17, 2026, for a general contractor to build a new health clinic in Rampart, a remote Interior village.

Bid Timeline

Contractors must register by emailing Corey Richardson at TCC no later than 4:00 pm Alaska time on Aug. 7. Questions about the RFP are also due by 4:00 pm Alaska time on Aug. 7. TCC plans to issue Addendum 01 and sample contracts on Aug. 12. Proposals are due Aug. 21. The selection committee begins scoring Sept. 1.

Construction Schedule

TCC states construction is scheduled to begin this summer, with substantial completion anticipated by December 31, 2027. The RFP package includes full specifications, drawings, and a geotechnical report.
