Anchorage firm wins $402,572 Indian Affairs acquisitions contract

Kiliuda Consulting, LLC of Anchorage will handle acquisitions work, the government's buying and contracting, for the two bureaus that fund tribal programs and Native schools, under a $402,572 contract running Sept. 30, 2026 through Sept. 29, 2028. The ceiling is $817,648 if all options are exercised. The work is performed in Reston, Virginia.

The Department of the Interior issued the award through the Bureau of Indian Affairs and the Bureau of Indian Education, supporting the Office of the Chief Financial Officer. By the bureau's description it handles acquisitions and grants alongside financial management, and its Division of Acquisitions serves both bureaus.

The record says the award was competed, drew five offers and carried no set-aside.

Federal records list Kiliuda as an 8(a) program participant, an Alaska Native corporation owned firm and a small disadvantaged business. It already does this work: a $5.08 million acquisition support contract has run since 2023.
