Okay, thank you.

My apologies, everybody. I will call this meeting to order at 4:02. This is a special meeting for Tuesday, June 2, 2026 to conduct the Attorney's evaluation. Madam Clerk. Michael Bowles?

Here. Stephanie Naurs? Are you on the line? Yes, I am. Dee McKee?

Yep. Maxwell Sumner? Present. Bill Gamble? Here.

Dimitri Fanoff. Are you on the phone? Yes. Here. Ron Bernier?

Present. Madam Mayor, you do have a quorum. Thank you very much. Are there any changes to the agenda?

No. The four o' clock one. Yeah, somebody's anxious.

So, hearing none. Then the agenda is approved as presented. We all stand. And Mr. Attorney, would you lead us in the pledge, please? Please pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America.

To the Republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

The next item on our agenda is audience participation. Anyone is welcome to address the assembly on any subject, whether it's on the agenda or not. Do we have anybody online, sir?

No, we do not have anybody in line. So I'll close audience participation. And the next item of business is the evaluation of our attorney. And Mr. Attorney, do you want it conducted in public or in executive session? Okay.

Deputy Mayor, will you please move us into executive session? I move to enter executive session for subject that tends to prejudice the reputation and character of any persons. Provided the person may request a public discussion. In particular, to hold an annual evaluation of the attorney. Those present in the executive session will be the Mayor, the assembly and the attorney.
