All right, we'll go ahead and call this meeting of the Board of Ethics to order for September 23rd, 2026, here at 3:30 PM. Uh, Ms. Sleppy, would you call roll for us?

Yes, Chair Bell-Reeve.

Present. Mr. Drama.

Mr. Cater. Present. I believe you said Miss Guess and Miss Mogadam are excused. Yes, ma'am. Okay, so it looks like we do not have a quorum for this meeting with just 2 members present.

We need 3.

I have not heard from Mr. Drama about whether he'll be here or not. I think in that case we can sit tight here probably till about 5 after, and absent any, any contact from the other member, we can go ahead and get a poll out for a, I guess, a rescheduled meeting for when we have members available. Okay, sounds good. All right, I'll go ahead and mute and sit on the call.

Well, seeing that we haven't had any other members join, I think that our, our course of action here will likely be to, to get a poll going out and find the next available date that will have a quorum able to meet.

All right, sounds like a plan. I will get that sent out, Chair. Um, and if you want to adjourn the meeting, we can go.
