Alaska DOT&PF: Tentative Advertise Schedule Monthly Update: July 2026

All right, well, it is 2 o'clock. Let's go ahead and get started. Welcome everybody to our tentative advertising meeting. Today we're going to start off with South Coast, and that'd be Mr. Kirk Warren.

Okay, are we, are we on? Yep, it looks good. Take it away. Yeah, hi, Kirk Miller with South Coast. Here's your July update.

So we only have 2 projects advertising. Well, actually, 1 project advertising. It's the Haynes Airport rehabilitation project. And it does have a shred building mixed in with it. So I've been tracking them as 2 projects, but you'll see in the bid package, this is combined.

So this is out for bid advertisement now. I think the bid's open July 21st, unless it's been extended.

Next up, July through September. Just as a note, we have done a pretty comprehensive revamp of all of our projects this month, effective the end of June. So you're going to see a lot of changes here. Apologies for moving some of this stuff around, but anything in blue there is I highlight that it changed from the previous month. So first up, we do have quite a few— we still have 4 projects, 5 projects we'd like to advertise in July.

Each of them have a little bit of risk, but at the end of the day, we're thinking we can make it out in the next 2 weeks. Ketchikan Airport seaplane ramp has a permit problem, but we're making progress. If we can resolve that Corps of Engineers permit, that's going to pop out in July. So we're all ready to go. Good chance that there could be an issue there, but we're not sure.

We're working on it. Next up, Juneau Egan Drive lighting improvements. We have everything we need to advertise this project. We're going to do an internal check of the final bid docs this week and next week, and that should be advertised by late next week. So expecting no issues there.

Gustavus Ferry Terminal generator replacement. We are waiting for a a design— a funding authorization from FHWA. For some reason, this has not been signed yet, but we're all ready to advertise. If we can get that authorization back from FHWA, that will hit July. If not, we're probably going to scoot that one into August.

But at the end of the day, we are pushing hard to find out why it hasn't been signed. It's been over there for about a month. Skagway Ferry Terminal anchor chain replacement. We have everything we need to advertise on this project. We are making a final bid check now.

I'm thinking by the end of next week that should be advertised. Dutch Airport vehicle gate replacement. This has— still has some risk, but we're still keeping it on for July. We got some last glitch things we're working through with FAA. If we can figure those out, that will hit July.

We're pretty much ready to go. We just got to figure out a small right-of-way component.

Which is slowly being resolved. Angoon Ferry Terminal modifications, we did move this to August. I think it was in previously, I don't know, like a month or two earlier. I think we had it for July, but we've rallied the internal troops here and we're pretty certain we can get that out in August. That does still have some risks though.

It's an FTA-funded project and The funding approvals associated with that are complicated, to say the least. But August is our target at this point in time, and we're going to do everything we can to hold that project in August. Juneau Glacier Highway resurface, ferry terminal to South Lena. We're still holding August on this. We need to finish up our final review, get the funding approval submitted, and we're fairly confident we'll hit that August advertisement for the cleanup project there.

Next up in September, we do have a statewide bridge navigational light improvements project, kind of a small project at various locations. This one did move just a little bit. We just need a little more time here on the design end. It was August and we slipped that one month, so not too big a deal there.

Next on my list, October through December, Juneau-Egan-Yanduk intersection improvements. This definitely has lots of risk. We are doing everything we can to try to get that out in October-November timeframe, holding October at this point in time. Schedules coming back from design team are not looking promising, however, so I'll caveat that. If it does come out, it will be— if it does slip, it'll probably be like November.

So we're doing everything we can to try to hold that in a fiscal year '26 obligation. Obligation, but the work is complex. Cordova Ferry Terminal mods, no changes on this. Still expecting that to come out in October. Some risks there though, another FTA project.

Haynes-Andronimus culverts, holding November on that one. Old ER work, getting cleanup work done. Kodiak-Chiniak Highway rehabilitation milepost 15 to 31, holding November on that, no changes. Next 2, 3 projects are PM projects that we have shelf-ready and ready to go now. We're still working with our funding partners and headquarters.

If we have money, we can advertise all 3 of those next month or the month after in fiscal year '26. But for now, they're showing up in November, which is an early fiscal year '27 delivery, and that's where they are in our plan at the moment. Haynes Luthack Road, another EER-funded project. Project emergency funding. This one slipped quite a bit.

It went to December.

Butak Road here, having a hard time trying— I don't know what the previous month was, but I think that moved 3 or 4 months.

Or roadway culvert. Where am I at here? Yeah, December. Next up, Haynes Ferry Terminal portable water treatment plant improvements. A small project we got in Haynes.

This is new to the TAS list as of this month. It's kind of a small project, but we're confident we'll get that out by December, so we added it to the TAS.

Next up, another ER project, Haynes Roadway and Culverts, holding December on that one, no changes from last month. And last for calendar year 2026 is Ketchikan-Saxman to Surf Street pavement rehabilitation, South Tongass. Big project here, major right-of-way effort ongoing right now. Definitely some risks for that December date there. There's some local issues as well, but I'm holding that as best as we can.

We really would like to get that road rehabbed. Been on our books here for a long time. That takes care of calendar year '26. In '27, we got quite a bit of changes going on here. Some of these were showing up in the '26 list, calendar year '26 before.

So you can see boomits on 6 projects there at the top. We're now tracking the Passing Jones inventory restriping and the guardrail inventory upgrade to come out in February and March. Those will probably be two separate projects. About a 4 or 5 month delay on those. Just hard to get them over the finish line.

Pow— Prince of Wales, Three Mile Creek improvements. We moved that one to March. That was— I have to look at my other list here. Was formerly in November, so there's quite a bit of delay on that. And the reason for that delay was funding complications on the FHWA grant end.

So we've now redialed that project in and scheduled that for March. The two Auq Bay projects here, we've been talking about those for quite a bit of time, and they were scheduled in August. We got the top one all ready to go, the structures project, but we've, we've convinced ourselves we need to bid both of them together.

And we have funding issue, or I mean permit issues associated with the dredging component of this project, but we're convinced we need to advertise them together. We've done a schedule revamp and we're going to hold that April date for those two projects in Auke Bay. Next would be the HSIP Juneau Glacier Highway nugget safety improvements. This was formerly in December, I think. We've moved that to April.

We've got to knock out some public involvement and some other things here and the design team is now committing to April. I'm hoping to beat that date, but relatively small project. But at any rate, we do have a slip on that. Next two are not slipped from last month. King Cove Airport rehab will be ready in May.

All indications are that probably be funded then. Southeast lighting improvements, trying to hold May on that one, swapping out light bulbs throughout the entire South Coast region. Multiple communities. Next up, we got a slip there on the HSIP Juneau Glacier Highway lighting improvements. June, just kind of struggling getting the design really into full gear here.

So we moved that one to June, and I'm hoping to accelerate that a couple months to the left. Skagway-Hoonah-Petersburg roadway culverts, December '20 SEPR. That also has a pretty good slip there. I think we had that in December or something, and now it's in June. Just trying to wrap our heads around that funding and got some complications with local utilities.

So design team moved that one to June.

Last on this list are 4 new projects that have hit the TAS. Sikka Harbor Drive mid-block crossing, a small HSIP project, aiming for July on that. Juno Douglas Highway retaining wall guardrail installation, another HSIP project, we'll try to get out in July. We're going to try to We'll stagger these a bit though, maybe move one or two of them to the left a bit because having that many projects advertised in July can be confusing. And Juneau Area-wide safety pedestrian improvements, and it's another relatively small HSIP project we'll have ready by July of next year.

And last popping up here is ADAC Airport Runway Taxiway and Apron Pavement Rehabilitation, aiming for July of '27 on this project. A pretty important project that we're trying to get bid ready. We're in full swing, but it's not without risk. There's a lot going on out there. With that, my last and final slide is the shelf-ready projects.

I'm not sure if this list is being updated on our public interface or not, but we do have these 3 ready. They're currently scheduled in November as discussed before. If I can resolve the funding on through the preventive maintenance pot. We'll pop those out toward the end of fiscal year '26 here. With that, I think I'm done.

Perfect. It looks like we only have one question at the moment. When is the King Cove Road CMGC going to be listed on the TAS?

Yeah, it's not going to go on the TAS. We have an official response on that project in the chat. Angelica, do you want to share that? That's in our private chat though, but that's probably the, the response we should use. It was from last month.

Yeah, I will go ahead and the person that asked the question, I will type you a response. Yeah, I can't remember exactly what all that said, and I'm afraid I'll misstate it if I don't repeat. Yeah, but it's not going to show up on any TAS list. It's already ongoing in another form.

Um, I am going to push it to my region, Northern Region.

I believe that's going to be Al. Hi, Al. Hello.

All right, jumping right to it, we have 3 projects that are currently advertising: Dulce, a wayfinding sign project, and our Noatak Airport relocation project. We are currently seeking authority to advertise on a project in Cordova, Odiak Slough, a Fairbanks area FAST surface upgrades project, project out in Barrow at the airport to replace a culvert, and Nunimakwa Airport improvements, which should potentially advertise early next week., and the Parks Highway Milepost 355 resurfacing project just outside of Fairbanks. Uh, jumping into, uh, our TAS updates, um, we hope to advertise Odiak Slough, um, next week, if not the following week. We just got authority back to advertise on that one. Barrow Airport apron improvements.

I expect to see the authority to advertise by the end of the week or early next week on that project, and we hope that that would advertise by the end of the month. Uh, Nunimakwa just came back today. We got that project over to our contract section, so that should be advertising in the next week or two. Seppler Drive— now, uh, two, two project delays, and we'll just get through that real quick. But Seppler Drive, we're still waiting on the core permit.

Um, we're responsible for getting a little more movement on— no, it's not an option— on Sepler Drive to see where they're at. And Sepler Drive, for those who don't know, that's in Nome. Um, our FAST area surface upgrades project around Fairbanks, I moved that to August. That project is waiting on the TIP approval, which has been with Federal Highways for a few months. So we're still waiting on that one to be approved so we can advertise that project.

Our systematic signal upgrades project, both in Fairbanks and around the region, those are looking good to advertise in September. We hope to be seeking authority to advertise for that project, submitting that paperwork by the end of the month. So we'd be looking at an early September advertising period for that.

Our FAST area ADA sidewalk project around town and Fairbanks. Um, it is looking good for October. There's just a few things we need to finish up for that project. Um, moving on to that Parks Highway resurfacing project that we're seeking authority to advertise and showing that as yellow because we have 3 projects that we're going to be bidding together. That Parks Highway 355 surfacing project, the HSIP Parks Highway Sheep Creek Road Extension Project and the Sheep Creek Road Extension Shared Use Path.

So I'll kind of talk to all those together. They all are in that same boat regarding the TIP approval that's with Federal Highways. They need to get— Federal Highways needs to allow us to adopt the TIP amendment, and then those will be green-lighted there. And then we have a few last-minute environmental things that we're working on. But if that TIP gets approved, we— October looks really good.

I moved them from green. I would show them green right now if we had that TIP approved, but because of that uncertainty, I'm showing them as yellow. Our Cordova 2nd Street reconstruction project, I'm showing it as status quo of November yellow. We're still trying to get all our right-of-way squared around, getting the temporary construction easements. Needed for that.

But we are getting them, they are coming in, so it is likely that it's going to be really close to that November time frame. The first project— there's two projects I'm going to talk about that I perceive that will slip out a little bit— is our Murphy Dome Road project just outside of Fairbanks. I talked to the project manager this morning and Because of the complications they're trying to work through with some of the right-of-way issues and getting a good traffic control plan to keep traffic moving in there and trying to address some of that with grades, we are looking at that project might slip to February. So I will be looking at getting a good date and updating that project, um, the next month, but it'll likely slip to February of '27. Our FAST Area ADA Parks Highway project, that is looking good for November.

We should be actually seeking authority to advertise in the next month for that project. Moving on to December, our FAST Area ADA 6th to 7th Avenue project, that one is looking pretty good too. We do have one outstanding TCE to obtain. And then we'll be submitting the authority to advertise for that project.

And kind of like a repeating message here, our FAST-ADA project for Hearst Road, as well as the Morris Thompson Center projects, they're all looking really good for easily a December advertising. If we can get those earlier, we will, but we're about ready to seek authority advertisement and probably in the next month, or 6 weeks on all those projects. Uh, Center Creek Road rehabilitation project out in Nome. Um, we have one utility relocation which is tied to a right-of-way action that needs to occur. Got a couple things tied together there.

Um, we just submitted the Corps permit about a month ago on that project, so we're hopeful, like fingers crossed, that January is a reasonable date to get that project advertised by because we're hoping we can be able to certify that project in December, but the right-of-way is going to be the telltale sign there. The environmental issue is just waiting on the Corps permit, which we don't anticipate any issues with. Pioneer Park boat launch, we're still a little early on the process there. We're showing April. It might slip.

I talked to the project engineer a little bit this morning about that. The environmental document should be approved in the next couple of weeks. The project design is kind of far along, but there's a little bit of trading hands that's going to go on with the right-of-way process between the park to the borough to the DOT. So that transfer between the entities, it's going to, it's going to take a shuffle and it's going to take a little bit of time. So April might be a little aggressive by the time we get the right-of-way sorted out.

So that might slip a little bit. More to come later. And the last project that I'm aware of that we're going to probably see a substantial slip on is the Tope Cut-Off Milepost 0 to 8. We put it on the TAS pretty soon as— actually, before we had our project start, we got it out there. Now, as we're diving into the details in the environmental process, we're kind of seeing that it might— we were overzealous in saying April.

It's probably going to be an early winter advertising. So I'm going to know more this next month, tying down the project manager on a date, but I perceive that's going to move out 6 to 8 to 10 months on that project. So it's no longer going to be a Construction Year '27. It'll be a Construction Year '28 project. And while I was talking to all the design managers, I showed them the very slim pickings that we're showing for the advertising period in Calendar Year '27, and I encouraged them all to get me their dates and dollars.

So I'm starting to see those come in. I'll be updating AASHTOWare and updating the tentative advertising schedule as I get those projects in, but I do anticipate in the next month probably getting another 6 projects added to that list. So we'll keep you updated. And with that, that's what I have for today.

Great. Thank you, Al. We have one question. Is Parks Milepost 355 still planning on being advertised with the Sheep Creek Extension traffic signal project, or are those separated now?

I did mention that we are advertising— I'm just going back to the slide— we are advertising. That's why they're all yellow. We're going to advertise all 3 projects together. So we are advertising the Parks Highway 355 project with the Parks Highway Sheep Creek Road Extension Project, as well as the Sheep Creek Roadway Shared Youth Path. So all 3 projects will advertise together, so they will be all tied.

And that's why I'm showing them all as yellow, because now we're putting all our eggs in one basket for 3 projects and getting the authority to advertise to come together. But the big concern on that is again getting that TIP approved. So we have that in a funding plan so we can obligate the projects.

He's with Central Region. All right. Good morning, everybody. Let me see if I can share my screen.

Hopefully folks are seeing that. Luke Boland here, Central Region Preconstruction Engineer. I'll run through what we've got going here out of the Anchorage office. Let's see, currently we have 4 projects out to bid.

I did want to highlight Quig Airport safety improvements just advertised yesterday, so excited to get that one out on the street. And then I also have the ANC auxiliary Parking lot expansion listed here. That was one that advertised in between the gap between last month's update and this month's. We opened bids here last Friday on that one. So that's what we've got on the current advertising up to date currently.

We've got 3 projects right now that are certified and seeking authority to advertise, and so I'll touch on those as we get into the detailed slides here and run through the projects. Looking at July, first project, ANC gates N1/C3 passenger boarding bridge replacement design-build. For this project, environmental clearances have been received, no utility agreements, and right now coordinating with contracts to get this design-build out to bid and should be seeing that here late July. ANC Taxiway Zulu Extension West Phase 1. This project certification set is being routed for approvals right now.

Utility agreements are looking like our critical path, working on finalizing the two agreements needed for this. We've also got the construction safety and phasing plan that's pending approval, but we should be close on that. So hopefully we get those utility agreements and we can get that out here in late July or early August. Tanunnic Airport rehab, since last month the environmental issues have been resolved, so we are all green if you're looking at the color coding there. This project is routing for certification, so hoping to get this one out late July as well.

And then last one on the list for July, Wasilla Fishhook Main Street rehab. This PDA has been advancing, this one's certified, the funding request is over at Federal Highways for approval. They had some questions on the conditional right-of-way cert for this project, which we got resolved yesterday. So hopefully we're seeing approval from FedHighways here pretty soon, and we'll be working on getting this one out to bid here this month. Might be tight for July, but looking, looking good.

That conditional right-of-way cert does have It shouldn't hold up bidding the project, but it may hold up opening bids as we resolve some of those remaining right-of-way efforts. And so just more to follow on that one as we get closer, but we're getting pretty close on that one.

Let's see, going in or looking at August, first project here— hold on, Mike, what's going on?

There we go. All right. Let's see. AMATS Northern Lights, Minnesota Drive, sidewalk, Minnesota Drive to Seward Highway sidewalk repairs. This project, right-of-way and utilities have certified.

So I'm showing yellow on those two columns, but those should be green. Also, environmental is waiting to, or is reviewing the certification right now, but not anticipating any challenges there. This project should be moving forward with the request for construction funding. So, looking good for a bid in August on this one. Next project, ANC North Terminal Ops Expansion, preparing bid docs right now for submittal to contract.

So, looking good for August on this bid. Anchorage Area Drainage Preservation, this one we've been trying to finalize some of the project specifications. Specifications for the trenchless repair that we're looking to do for the storm drain improvements on this one. Cert set's anticipated to be delivered from the consultant here this week, so that'll be routing for approval. Not anticipating much in terms of risk there.

So I think you'll see some of that yellow turn to green here for next month, and hopefully we got this one out to bid in August. HSIP, Tudor to Baxter— Tudor Road to Baxter to Patterson channelization. Similar to the one above, should be routing this week for approvals.

I think we're in pretty good shape to get this one out in August. And then the same design team that's working on that one is also working on HSIP Wasilla Fish Hook Spruce Beck Roundabout. That project, we're finalizing the utility agreements for this one, looking to get that cert set out for approval here this this month, and so hoping to hold August as well, but we'll be kind of following up on the Tudor project, and so you may see this one shift to September, but on track here. Matsu Area Repairs Group B, this project is certified, funding has been received, we're coordinating, working on an amendment for the PSA for preparing and finalizing the bid docs for this one, and that's taken a little bit longer than expected. But once we get that approved, we'll get that bid sent down to contracts, get that work finalized, and hopefully get this one out to bid.

You may see August shift to September on this one, but I'll keep you posted. Here's—. We give our August update. And then Palmer Fishhook.

Road milepost 17 or 7 to 17. This one is certified, request for construction funding is in process and looking good for August. And then last project that we've got here on the August list, Sterling Highway mile 43 to 56 pavement preservation. Working through some utility conflicts and adjusting scope to remove any of those impacts, keep this one moving. Also working through some right-of-way encroachment coordination.

We've got a lot of signs in that area and maybe one structure. And so, um, this one, um, looking at August, but this one may slip into September as well. But, um, working on finalizing this one and getting it out to bid.

Uh, looking at what we have on the calendar for September, healthy list there. Um, first project, AMATS 4th Avenue signal and lighting upgrade. Um, this one we've got a number of different utility agreements, and I think we've We've got some right-of-way needs on this one too. I don't think September's realistic, and so I apologize, this one needs to be moved up, but we'll get that corrected here, provide an update, a better update here next month. Glen Highway and Old Glen Highway erosion protection phase 1.

This is a fast-moving project given some of the erosion that we're seeing out in the area, out in that area. Working on getting a combined 95% review issued here in the next couple weeks and hopefully advance in this project quickly for a fall bid. May have one utility agreement, so I think I need to update where— what we've got on color coding. And then there's also some environmental stuff that's hanging out there. So fast-moving project, working on hold in September there.

Next project, HSIP Gamble Street Utility Pole Remover increased lighting, and this one's paired with HSIP Gamble Street, Inga Street overhead signal indications underground upgrades. Those two projects will be bid together. Right-of-way is looking like critical path on these two. We're— we've got a number of temporary project interests that we're looking to acquire. September is probably optimistic on these ones, and so More to follow there.

HSIP 5th Avenue concrete street to Carluck Street pedestrian improvements. This is a critical obligation for us for the HSIP program for fiscal year '26. It's a high priority for us here. We distributed the 95% review, so that's a green check mark updated since last month's meeting. We've got our review meeting here on the 23rd, and working through right-of-way encroachments on this one.

And so September may be tight, but if not, October. So, uh, continue to push on that. Uh, next project, HSIP Bogart-Ingstrom, uh, it's a roundabout project. Uh, right-of-way has been critical path on this one. Uh, we're down to our last two acquisitions, and so finalizing, uh, um, right-of-way efforts there.

I'm hoping to get all that resolved. And then there are utility agreements associated with this project that we need to finalize. And so all that's, uh, this is another big piece to the HSIP program, and so I want to make sure we get this one delivered here this month. Um, and so September bid for this one.

Uh, Healy Station shop roof improvements, um, and also Ninana Station shop roof improvements. Uh, these projects, uh, are going to be bid together. These are design-build, or it's a design-build RFP that we're working on. The team that's working on this also has some other priorities that they're working on trying to get out here this summer, and so move this to September since last month, acknowledging that the team's going to need a little bit more time to dig into the, the RFP and get this one out. But looking good for September at this point.

Kenai Spur Highway mile 29 to 38, we're down to our last utility agreement on this one. And then right-of-way encroachment coordination is ongoing, hoping to get all those resolved and get this project certified. And I think we're in pretty good shape for getting this one out in September. And then last project on the September list, Sterling Highway mile 157 167 to 169 reconstruction. This project, if you're looking at the TAS, I think we still have the duplicate here where we have two projects.

This was going to be split into two construction stages. At this point, we're looking at advancing this as one single construction bid. Um, critical path is utilities on this. We're meeting weekly with the last remaining utility company to get that agreement in place. Also working on extension to floodplain permit that's going to be required for this, but utilities is looking at critical path.

And so, hoping to get this one obligated this year and advertise in September.

Moving into the fall, October-November timeframe, ANC Gates B1, B3, and B5 rehab. This project was anticipated to be bid in February, but ANC has advanced move this up in the schedule. And so now looking at getting this one out in October. They're looking at getting their 95% review set distributed here in August and also looking at getting our environmental documents submitted to FAA in July. So looking good for October bid on that one.

Uh, CTF alternate alignment, um, showing October on this one. This has been moving out largely due to hydrology analysis. We've been working with the muni. This facility is going to drain into some of the municipal storm drain facilities. And so, a lot of ongoing coordination there.

More to follow on that, but need to get that resolved before we can finalize the design and get this one out to bid. ANC, our fairside pavement rehab.

Environmental is complete. Utility agreements are no longer anticipated, or utility impacts are no longer anticipated. So critical path looking like design, looking at getting the 65% review set out at the end of this month. So tracking for November bid there. Next two projects, Fairview Loop Road rehab, um, and then the pathway and safety improvements.

These projects will be bid together. Right-of-way is looking like critical path on this. Since last report, the environmental document and permits have been received, and so we're green on the environmental column. But shooting for November on this one.

Next project, Hollywood Vine to Big Lake pavement preservation. Right-of-way is looking like critical path on this. Looking at 35 to 40 property interests, and so we'll see how fast we can advance those right-of-way efforts. Showing November for right now.

King Salmon Airport, Shrebb. So this project was shown to be bid here, I want to say it was either this month or next. This ended up shifting from fiscal year '26 to fiscal year '27. Fiscal year '27 in the FAA spending plan. And so, looking at having this one ready to bid in November, looking at pursuing the cold weather PGL so we can bid this in advance and grant funding being available.

And so, hope to hold a full '27 construction season on this one. Still working through environmental and SHPO coordination on this and should be able to get a review set out here in the next couple weeks to get the rest of the— turn a couple of those columns green. So things progressing there.

Lake Hood East Boundary Fence project's ongoing, still shooting for a November bid on this one. And then last project in November, Seldon Road Extension Phase 2 right-of-ways, critical path on this one. We also have some utility agreements on it as well. The 2 property acquisitions, acquired one since last month's update. So working through the remaining right-of-way acquisition there and hoping to get this one out in November.

Looking into the winter, December and January, On December's list, we've got AMET's Fish Creek Trail. Design's ongoing for this project, working on our 95% review set, also some utility coordination, but advancing towards a December bid. Abbott Road pavement preservation, design's ongoing with this project, also coordinating storm drain improvements with with the Academy Vanguard project.

Looking good for December there. Hope Highway mile 7.9 pipe replacement, right-of-way's critical path on this one.

Still a challenging acquisition on that, so showing December for right now, but we'll continue to update us as we work through that right-of-way process.

Seward Highway mile 90 to 99 phase 2 and Camp Road culvert improvements. This project, we're working with Fish and Game and the railroad, shooting for a December bid. And since the last report, we got the 95% review out and held the meeting on July 1st. So some good progress there on this project. ANC PFAS remediation, Corps permit is still critical path on that.

We moved this one out to January here since the last report. Just as that permitting process has taken longer than expected.

Taxiway Romeo and Lima improvements out at ANC, working on the design and the NEPA document, not looking at any utility conflicts for this project, so on track for January there. And ANC Taxiway Kilo, environmental and design looking like critical path there, and all those efforts are ongoing, so. On track there. Central Region ADA compliance project, we're— our environmental document's been approved, still coordinating on getting survey work done here this summer for this project, which puts us in a good spot for January. So this is continuing forward.

Central Region surface treatment, this project is one where We haven't had a lot of resourcing to dedicate to it right now. The team that's working this project has also got two projects that they're looking at advertising in August, so I think as they get those two off their plate, hopefully some time to dedicate to that. And showing January for right now, we'll update that schedule as the team has a little bit more time to dive into, into the details there.

Glen Highway and Highland Road interchange improvements.

The 95% review was distributed since last meeting. We've got the meeting scheduled for the 21st there. Right-of-way coordination's ongoing. We've got some municipal land that's planned to be donated in support of this project there, so working through that process and also finalizing some utility agreements, but on track for January here for this one. And then the last project in January, Sterling Highway, mile 169 to 179.

Or 175 pavement preservation. Utility and right-of-way is looking like critical path there with the drainage improvements needed along the stretch of highway, and so it's showing January for now. And then last slide here, this is February through April, and this kind of completes what we've got there on the 12-month TAS window. February, we've got one project, ANC East Tug Road improvements. That project advancing forward.

We're working on a PSA amendment at the moment, so nothing significant to mention there, just design ongoing. That's looking like critical path. AMATS Old Seward Highway Spur and Old Seward Highway to— sorry, Old Seward Highway to Potter Valley Road. This project, we're working on our 65% review set for distribution also coordinating on some fish passage culverts within the project area. At the request of the community, we've been looking at some traffic calming options there along that stretch, and evaluation of some of those alternatives is almost complete.

And so that's been part of the design push as of late right now, but shown March for advertisement for this project. Bethel Airport West Apron Improvements, design and environmental efforts proceeding right now, so continuing to move forward in advance or in anticipation of a March bid. Glen Highway, mile 66 to 92, pavement preservation stage 2 from mile 75 to 83. This one, design efforts are continuing, also working through some right-of-way encroachments, some utilities in the area, just kind of normal, normal project development work there. Also working on looking at some of the rockfall improvements in the area, whether that'll be bid with this project or in a standalone project is still yet to be determined.

And if we are going to do a standalone project for some of the rockfall efforts, we'll be adding an additional project there to the TAS so folks can track that specifically. Next two projects, KGB, this is a huge priority for the department, safety corridor improvements. We've got over 100 property acquisitions acquisitions needed to deliver this also. And I think we're hitting every utility within the corridor. And so pushing for March and keep you updated as we advance on that.

But that's going to be a big one for us. Seward Highway rec, Summit Lake holiday and Snow Gully. BABA waiver is likely critical path for this this project, and so that effort is ongoing. Soldotna reroute and Swiftway rehab, right-of-way acquisition is looking like critical path on that, utility agreements as well, so working through that process. And then the last two projects, HSIP Old Seward Highway Industrial Way 120th Avenue channelization and the Old Seward and Huffman O'Malley to Rabbit Creek pavement preservation, that project, those two will be bid together.

We may see Huffman broken out into a separate bid package there, so we'll update the TAS there to show that additional project there, but Huffman's in pretty bad shape pavement condition-wise. Looking at getting our 95% review out in September and high confidence in being ready to bid this one in April at this point. I think that covers what I have here for Central Region, and I'm happy to answer any questions we may have.
