Alaska DOT&PF: Tentative Advertise Schedule Monthly Update: June 2026

It is 11, so we'll go ahead and get it kicked off. Welcome, everybody. It is June's tentative advertising schedule meeting. We don't have any updates today, so we'll just jump right into it. We're going to start with South Coast, Kirk Miller.

Yeah. Let me get the file going. You guys see anything? Yep, we can see it.

Yep, looks good. Okay, yeah, Kirk Miller with South Coast here. We'll just jump right in.

We do have 4 projects presently advertising, all of them open next week, so pay attention to those. Those won't go through each one since they're on the bid. Good schedule right now.

First up, June through August, Ketchikan seaplane ramp. We got some issues there with a Corps permit and some FAA juggling, so I gave that kind of a red box there for this month. I don't think it's going to make June, but I'm going to hold June for now and probably change it within a week. I'm hoping we can turn this around real quickly and get it out by July. But any rate, there's some danger there, so it went to red this month.

Just popped up about a week ago. But the project's all done, design's all done, small project anyway. But at any rate, we'll try to get that one out as soon as we can get— take care of some loose ends. Juneau Egan Drive lighting improvements, all we're doing is waiting on funding approvals. We've submitted that to headquarters, should be on its way to FHWA.

But I think this has some danger of slipping because we only got a couple weeks left in June. So, Gonna hold that June date, but it could very well pop to July by next week. We'll see how the funding process goes. Number 3, Gustavus Ferry Terminal generator replacement, kind of a small project in Gustavus. We are just waiting for funding approvals to come back from FHWA, and we should be ready to go.

Same story with the Skagway Ferry Terminal anchor chain replacement. I gave it a blue there because we mistakenly had May in there last month. So I did change it to June. We're just waiting for FHWA funding approvals. I'm thinking that will pop in the next week or so.

It's been there quite a while. So June should be good for that one. And Goon gets a big red square this month. I don't know what to do with this date. We're wrapped up in some very difficult FDA funding issues.

The design is all done. We're kind of ready to go. But we need a focus meeting over here and figure out what month that one could potentially advertise, considering the FTA funding complications. So for now it shows June, but highly suspect that's going to slip a bit. What month?

I don't know yet. So sorry for the lack of information on that, but we're doing everything we can to get that one on the street. Next up is Haynes Airport Rehabilitation. We certified this project early this week, and we are in the process now of getting it bid ready. We're in a final green light process.

We should very, very much make the June date for the advertisement of the two Haynes projects there. They'll be bid together, airport rehab and the SRE building. So no issues there. They get a green, green box. Next up, Dutch Airport Vehicle Gate Replacement.

We are struggling with some late-hour environmental and final plan review clearances, but we're going to hold that July date. And everything looks promising for now, but I gave it a gold box there. But I think that one will, will make July. Juneau Glacier Highway resurface ferry terminal to South Lena. Right now this is in August and we're expecting to hold that date and make it.

So not expecting any changes there. Come out probably late August. Statewide Bridge navigational light improvements. August should be good for that date. No issues.

We do got to do a final review and clean up some loose ends, but should make August. Lutak Road, again, one of those holdover ER projects from the December '20 storm. I suspect that August date is going to slip again, but hold in August. We're going to try to wrap that up and get it out. The last two on the, on this particular slide, Oak Bay East Berth Ferry Terminal Improvements and the dredging project, we want to advertise those together.

The dredging project definitely has issues. I'm unsure what month to put them in. I'll be straight up honest with you. August is probably not going to be the date, but we need another couple weeks to figure this out and revisit the schedule and try to rejigger that. But we desperately want to put those two out to bid.

The first project's fully design all ready to go. Second project has some permit complications we're struggling with. Long story short, we're going to hold August for now and see what we can do to pin down that date better by next month.

Next slide, October through November, Juneau-Yandukin intersection improvements. I did give this a 1-month slip from September to October, so I gave it a blue there. This definitely has high risk of even slipping into November.

A lot of loose ends need to be tied up. We need a final review, but progress is going very well. It's, it's just a complex project even though the footprint is small. But perhaps October there should be good. We'll keep you closely posted.

It's an important delivery for the region. Cordova Ferry Terminal modifications, no issues with this project that we're aware of. We're going to aim for that October date. Same goes with the guardrail inventory passing zones. We think we'll make October there, so holding that tight.

Haynes-Andronimus culverts, another ER holdover from a long, a long period of time. Going to try to hold those November dates and get that one out along with the next one down, the Skagway-Hoonah-Petersburg roadway culvert project. Kodiak-Chiniak Highway rehabilitation, fairly big project in Kodiak, and all indications are November is good. We're going to hold tight on that. Petersburg chip seal and the Petersburg-McCoff Highway guardrail replacement.

These plans are done, certified, not certified, but they're done, ready to go, fully reviewed. They're on our shelf-ready list for this year. Should the preventative maintenance funding pot allow it, we will go ahead and bid those projects before the end of the fiscal year. If not, they'll go to November, early fiscal year '27. So we'll hold that November date for sure.

There's no issues getting those two out. Juneau Glacier Highway, Old Dairy Culvert replacements, November. Looking pretty good for that one. Prince of Wales, Three Mile Creek improvements, still holding November here, but a lot of risk on this project. We're held up with an FHWA grant approval process that we aren't getting much headway and it's out of our hands.

It's clear in Washington, DC. I expect to see some movement on that date, but I don't know which month quite to put it in yet until we can get the grant assurances back to us from FHWA.

Um, last slide here, December through into May, we got Haynes Roadway Culverts, ER project, December should be good. HSIP Glacier Highway Nugget Safety Improvements, aiming for an early delivery there in '27. We do We've got an awful lot of work to do though to get caught up on that one. Small project though. HSIP Juno Glacier Highway lighting improvements, trying to make an early '27 delivery on this one as well, but suspect that one's going to slip just a bit, but we'll stick with December and keep you closely posted.

Last on the— well, not last, last on the '26 list, Saxman to Surf Street pavement rehabilitation. We're doing quite well on a right-of-way acquisition effort, but it's not over yet. Going to hold that December date, fairly confident it will make that if the right-of-way goes well. Leading into '27, we got King Cove Airport runway resurfacing project on the books. Not expecting any delays on that one.

And Southeast Region lighting improvements in May. And I must admit our 13 to 18 month list does, does need some honing. So perhaps some more projects will start popping in. I'm going to do a scrub of all of our projects this month and might see a few new ones pop in by next month's update. With that, I'm— oh, I do have a shelf-ready list.

Last year, again, we talked about the Petersburg area-wide chip seal and the guardrail. We were ready in March. Obviously, we're not bidding in March, but if we get some funding this year, those will pop out. And then we got the old Glacier Highway, Old Derry culvert, road culvert replacements. We're going to be ready in July with that one.

And if the preventative maintenance fund allows, we'll pop that one out before the end of the fiscal year. Otherwise, it goes to November. And that's all I got this month.

Hopefully folks are hearing me all right. Let's see, looks like I got the wrong camera on. Let's see if I can fix that one. There we go.

All right, folks seeing that? There we go. All right, uh, morning everybody. Uh, Luke Bowen, Central Region Preconstruction Engineer. Uh, let's see, Central Region currently has 2 projects out to bid, uh, Atwood Building electrical upgrades and Big Lake 0 to 3.6 on Church Road pavement preservation.

So please take a look at those if you're interested. In addition to what we have currently out to bid, we've got 3 projects that are certified as seeking authority to advertise, and I'll touch on those as I run through what we've got on the, on the TAS month by month here. And diving in, looking at June, first project there, ANC Auxiliary Parking Lot Expansion. This project was just recently certified. Understand the contract documents made it down to our contracts folks earlier this week, and so looking good.

For getting this one out to bid here in June. Next project, Healy Station shop roof improvements. This one's going to be combined with the Ninana shop roof improvements shown later on the slide. This is a design-build contract. This one's been on the first slide of the presentation for a couple months now.

We're still working on refining spec language and getting this one out to bid, so still in process, hopefully getting close, and still optimistic that we can get this one out out here in June.

King Salmon Airport Shrub, we've got a final abbreviated review to be distributed here this week and also working through some environmental challenges on this project, working through SHPO coordination on this one and likely seeing this one move to July here. So we'll get that updated on the TAS. Uh, next project, Quig Airport safety improvements. Uh, right-of-way is our critical path on this. We've gotten 2 of the 3 signatures that we need to advance this thing, so hoping to get that last remaining signature and get this one bid.

We've been coordinating with our contracts folks on the bid doc, so hopefully quick turnaround once we can get right-of-way certification on this one. And, uh, still hoping to get this one out late June, if not hopefully, hopefully early July there. Mountain Village snow removal equipment building replacement, this one we're finalizing bid docs with contracts and looking good to get out here either this week or next, so should see that one post here soon.

And then last one on this list, Takotna Airport rehab, right-of-way acquisition has been complete since our last Our last report, core permit is in process, and so looking like we should be able to conditionally cert on the environmental side. Understand the certification should be hitting my desk either today or tomorrow, so I'll turn that one around quickly. And might be tight for getting this one out in June, but hoping to have this one out here before the end of the month, if not early July. So that'll be a good one for us. Next slide.

Moving on to July, first project there, AMATS Northern Lights, Minnesota Drive sidewalk repairs— or sorry, Northern Lights Boulevard sidewalk repairs. This project, we're working on acquiring as much property as we can to include the whole southern half of the sidewalk repairs there along Northern Lights. If we've got a property interest that we can't acquire, we're going to bump that into Stage 2. So we're routing that certification through for approval right now. That's with utilities right away, um, and, uh, hoping to see, uh, that certification get finalized here this month, request our construction funding, and get this one out to bid here in July.

Uh, ANC Taxiway Zulu, uh, Expansion West Phase 1, uh, utility agreements are a critical path on this one, uh, still working through, uh, those details with ACS and, uh, and Chugiach. Uh, we've also got the construction safety and phasing plan, uh, over at FAA for approval. We're expecting that to be approved here later this month. And so, on track for a July bid on this one.

Anchorage Area Drainage Preservation, Anchorage Area Drainage Preservation. This project, need to finalize the spec package so that we can route this one for certification. Not expecting any issues as we do route it for certification. So, hopefully we can get that turned around fairly quickly once the spec package is complete and shooting for likely a bid late July on this one.

Tudor Road, Baxter to Patterson channelization. This project is expected to start routing for certification here this month and hopefully quick turnaround on the funding request and looking good for July on this one. Hollywood Road, Vine to Big Lake pavement preservation. This is one we were shooting to deliver here this federal fiscal year. We completed right-of-way mapping and at this At this point, it's looking like we're going to need 35 to 40 property interests, most of those temporary, but that volume of acquisition is going to be a challenge here.

So we're— we'll be moving this one from '26 funding to '27 fiscal year— federal fiscal year '27 funding based on those right-of-way timelines. We've also got some utility agreements that we're going to be coordinating that need to be adjusted based on some drainage work that the borough is doing there and the the Valley Creek area. And so, uh, looking to move this probably out, uh, into the fall. So you'll see that change and we'll get that updated on the TAS. Uh, next project, Kenai Spur Highway, mile 29 to 38 pavement preservation.

Uh, I've got 3 utility agreements. One, two of those are about ready to go out for signatures, so those are close. Uh, still looking, uh, to get some edits on the third utility agreement, but that all seems to be tracking. Uh, right-of-way encroachments is likely critical path on this one. Since last report, we got our surveyors out there to do some field work to verify potential encroachments out there in the field.

So shooting for July, but likely going to see this one slip to August based on the remaining effort that we've got in front of us. Palmer Fishhook Road, miles 7 to 17. This one, we've got progress on permitting on the environmental side, right-of-way encroachments and certification reviews in process.

And going well is my understanding. So expect them to see certification routing or finishing routing here either this week or next and work on getting this one out. So looking good for July on this one.

And Tanunak Airport rehab, this project we are holding our 95% review meeting here this— today. That got distributed a couple weeks ago, and so that went green since our last report. NEPA documents complete, Corps permits are submitted, and it looks like temporary construction easements have been acquired. So looking good for getting this one out to bid in July. And then last one on the list here, Wasilla Fish Hook Main Street rehab.

This is a big one for us. We just recently certified this one. So all green on this one, and we're going to be getting this one out to bid once we've got approval on construction funding on this. And that funding request is routing for approval as of earlier this month. And so, looking good for July on this one.

We do have a conditional right-of-way cert based on some acquisitions that are not completely final, but we've got a— And it was working through some of those details. At this point, that's not going to impact our advertising, but it may impact our ability to open bids. And so you may see some extension on that. But my hope is that we get this one out to bid and resolve all those issues and able to open bids on schedule. So anyways, great progress on that one.

So excited to get that one out on the street as soon as we can.

Looking out at August, CTF alternate entrance alignment, this one we're finalizing our PS&E documents and on track for August bid at this point.

Next two projects, Fairview Loop Road and Fairview Loop Pathway, right-of-way is looking like critical path on this one, so continue to shoot for August bid on these two projects to be bid together. Glen Highway and Old Glen Highway erosion protection, looking at doing a combined review on this one to keep this one moving as fast as possible. We're shooting for an August bid there. Environmental and design efforts are looking like critical path on this one. And then we may have a small utility agreement depending on the final design on this one.

So working hard to get this one in place and out to bid. We did receive received property donations from the borough, which is a great step forward on this and kind of help us advance this project as quick as possible. So appreciate the partnership there with the Matsu Borough.

HSIP Wasilla Fishhook/Spruce Peck Roundabout. This one, similar to the other project that I mentioned earlier, we've got a review meeting that is being held here today, so that's advancing. We've got the utility coordination ongoing, a number of agreements on this one, but hoping to finalize those. A lot of those agreements are relatively minor. Shooting for certification in July and bid in August.

Uh, Matsu Area Repairs Group B. Uh, this is our last earthquake repair project, uh, that we've gotten certified. Uh, we do have construction funding in place. Did identify that we need an amendment to our consultant contract in order to finalize the bid documents, so that's in process right now. So low risk there, but going to take a little time to get that amendment processed and get those final bid documents ready to push out and looking to bid in August there.

And then last project for August, Sterling Highway, mile 43 to 56 pavement preservation. This is routing for certification right now. We've got some utility coordination right now to make sure future improvements there. Some of the guardrail and ditching work that we were going to do with this project may be impacting utilities, and so looking either adjusting scope accordingly or maybe requiring some potholing depending on the improvements in the area there to keep this moving forward. And then right-of-ways, looking at some encroachments there.

We've got a lot of signs in this area, and I think they're trying to verify if one structure may be a, may be a problem there, but trying to advance this one for bid in August.

Moving on into September, so this is a lot of the remaining 26 obligation projects that we've got. AMATS 4th Avenue signal and lighting upgrades. This one, utility agreements are looking like critical path. We need to take a hard look and make sure the schedule looks realistic. I think there's a decent amount of work that needs to get done for us to get this one out to bid.

So don't be surprised if you see this move a little bit further into the fall, but this would be a big obligation for us. Just based on the color of money that we're trying to obligate with the AMATS funding. So more to follow there. AMATS PFAS remediation, core permits looking like critical path on this one, shooting for a September bid. Glen Highway Highland Road interchange improvements, this project is currently showing as September, but we're going to see this move into the fall.

This was a '26 funded project but ended up moving into the funding plan for fiscal year '27, so that'd be October.

On. And so we'll likely see this bid November-December time frame, but we'll get that updated on the TAS. Next two projects: HSIP Gamble Street utility pole removal and increased lighting, and the Gamble and Ingraham Street overhead signal indications. We're showing September on this. We've got a significant number of right-of-way acquisitions, most of them temporary interests that we need to acquire in order to be able to do the, uh, the lighting work and utility work or sidewalks really, uh, right there at the property line for the majority of Gamble Street.

And so we'll likely see this moving out, but trying to keep this as a high priority here for the department and getting it out to bid as soon as possible. So more to follow on that, but I think September is probably overly optimistic there.

Next project, HSIP 5th Avenue concrete street to Carluck Street pedestrian improvements. This one we're looking at holding our 95% review and then hopefully quick turnaround there to obligate this project. We've been doing a lot of stakeholder engagement on this one, also working through some encroachment issues within the project area. And so this is a critical obligation for us for the HSIP funding program. So we're looking to get this one out in September.

HSIP Bogart-Ingstrom, roundabout improvements on this one are another high priority for us, another big chunk of the HSIP program. Working through utility agreements, we do have 5 agreements that we need to get finalized and making progress on those. We still need BABAA numbers from several of the utilities that we have to get agreements in place with. Um, also working on our 4 remaining acquisitions. Uh, we needed 17 acquisitions, we're down to 4.

2 Of them we've got tentative agreement on, so I think we're, uh, hopefully getting close on the right-of-way side on this. Uh, we're looking at a certification late this year, but hoping to hold that September time frame to get this one out to bid.

Bid. Lake Hood East Boundary Fence removal, this project design's ongoing, still shooting for September bid there. And then last project for September is Sterling Highway 157 to 169 reconstruction. This project is pending final utility agreement and we're meeting regularly with that utility, a lot of ongoing coordination there and still tracking to get this one certified and Big, big project to push out here this year. So excited to see that one go into bid, hopefully September timeframe.

Next slide, looking a little at the rest of the calendar here. Nothing in October on the task for Central Region, but a couple projects there on November and December. First project that we've got on November, ANC ARFF airside pavement rehab. Environmental's complete on this one. Finalizing potential utility impacts.

Design's looking like critical path, but looking good for November there. Uh, ANC concourse— ANC C concourse plaza renovations, uh, looking at getting that 90 or 65% review out, uh, to determine how this one advances. So more to follow on this project. Uh, ANC East Tug Road improvements, uh, working on the design, currently on track for a November bid. And ANC Taxiway K apron rehab, environmental and design efforts are ongoing, so continuing track towards November on that one.

And then Seldon Road extension phase 2, this one we got 2 properties, 2 acquisitions, property acquisitions on this one, made progress on one. I think we got verbal approval on that one. So hopefully, down to our last acquisition and then need to get 3 utility agreements in place for this one. Also some coordination on our Corps permit there. So that's one we're trying to obligate funding here this federal fiscal year.

So high priority for us on that one. Looking at December, AMATS First Creek Trail connection, we're working on our 95% design. Utility coordination is ongoing, progressing towards a December bid.

Abbott Road pavement preservation, new sewer to Lake Otis. Design's ongoing with this one. We're coordinating storm drain infrastructure with the Academy Vanguard project, which is another one that we're looking at here in the next year or so. We may need some property acquisition, which is something that just came up since last report. So December May not be realistic if we've got to go through that acquisition process, but more to follow.

Also, we've transferred this project between PMs, so new PM's getting up to speed, so we'll hopefully have better information for you here next month on this one.

Hope Highway, mile 7.9 pipe replacement. This one, property acquisitions critical path to getting this one out. Challenging acquisition on this one, so we're showing December, but possibly this may may slip there. And then last project that we've got on the list for calendar year '26 is the Seward Highway mile 90 to 99 pavement preservation, Camp Road culvert repairs. And that one we're working with the railroad and Fish and Game on some culvert improvements.

PS&E review is complete on this one, so looking to hold December on this for bids.

Moving into '27, January and February, uh, ANC taxiways, uh, Romeo Lima improvements, uh, working on the design and the NEPA document. No utility conflicts, uh, anticipated, so on track on this one. Uh, Central Region ADA compliance project, this project we are still working on getting survey folks out there to do some field work here this summer. Our environmental document is approved on this one, and so I'm hoping to continue to advance in the design on this one for a January bid. Central Region surface treatment, this project is shown for January.

Need to get some more resourcing on this one to hold that date, but for right now, I think that's still realistic to get that one out in January.

Sterling Highway, mile 169 to 175, utility and right-of-way likely critical path on this based on what we need to do in terms of drainage improvements within the area, within the project area. So, showing January for now. And then I think this one is another one that we've shifted PMs, and so as the new PM gets up to speed, provide some more detailed updates here. And then last project on this slide, ANC Gates B1, B3, and B5 rehab, design's ongoing, shooting for February on that one.

Last slide that I've got here, looking at March and April timeframe. Old Seward Highway spur.

This project, we're working through our 65% design, possibly looking at a combined review to keep this one moving and hold that March date. We've got some fish passage culverts, that coordination's ongoing. Also looking at some different design treatments here in terms of accommodating non-motorized users in the area within this pavement preservation project. And so continuing to move forward there, looking good for March. Bethel Airport West Apron Improvements, environmental is looking like critical path on this one, hoping to hold March there.

Glen Highway, mile 66 to 92 pavement preservation is the second stage from mile 75 to 83.

Continue to work through the design on this one. Also looking at potential erosion protection within the project area.

And so continuing to advance the design on this one. Also, we've got some rockfall improvements along the Glen in this area that you're likely to see a new TAS project being added there. Right now, those rockfall improvements are looking to be a significant cost there, and so we want to make sure before we throw something on the TAS that the funding available matches the scope that we're looking at there. So appreciate the patience there, but probably a new TAS item coming up here soon. Next two projects, KGB reconstruction.

These projects are shown here in March for bid. We've still got Number of acquisitions, I think we're just over 100 acquisitions total. A lot of permanent acquisitions, a lot of relocations. And so this is— right away will be a challenge. Also, we're hitting every utility within this corridor with this improvement project.

And so, you know, hoping to hold March, but a lot of work to be done here between here and then. So we'll continue to have this as a high priority for us. Seward Highway rack, Summit Lake, Holiday, and Snow Gully. BABA waiver is likely critical path for the rack equipment for this. So, we're continuing to advance that, hoping to get that one out to bid in March.

Sadatna Rebound Avenue and Smithway Rehab, we're looking at, say, it's 37 temporary interest for acquisitions on this one, also some utility agreements. And so, working through those details and we'll advance this one as fast as we can. But the typical right-of-way timelines aren't supportive for a March, so you may see this one move out. And then moving into April, we've got two projects there. HSIP Old Seward Highway Industrial Way 120th Avenue channelization and the Old Seward and Huffman, O'Malley to Rabbit Creek to Birch pavement preservation.

These will be bid together. Design efforts are ongoing and looking at high confidence to get this one delivered and out there in April. So, continue to advance that. And I think that's the updates I have. Take a look and see if there's any questions there.

Yep, it does look like we have one question from Granite. Says, "I might have missed it, but Sterling Highway milepost 157 to 169 reconstruction phase 1 And I'm— question: is this still expected for September 2026? Is associated with that same project? Yep, and that's, that's where we've got it right now. We're still working through the, the final utility agreement on that project, uh, a lot of ongoing coordination with the utility company.

So, uh, it'll be a late obligation here for us this year and hoping to hold a bid there in September. But that's a big one, that's one we're definitely pushing on.

So, Luke, can I talk you into stop sharing? Mm-hmm. And I'll add mine. Thank you. Thank you.

All right, for Northern Region projects, we have 3 projects currently advertising and more to come.

4 Projects that we have— or 3 projects that we have out seeking ATA. Some of it's held up with the our FAST planning TIP to be incorporated in the STIP by Federal Highways, so that's causing a delay a little bit, but we do have a couple projects seeking authority to advertise in this FAST planning area. I do write the word soon, but we are waiting on the TIP to be adopted into the STIP, which has been at Federal Highways for a little bit, so we're waiting on that before we would have authority to advertise on that. That one. For June and July, I left all 5 projects in June because we are seeking authority to advertise and we're just waiting for Federal Highways to grant that.

So every one of them has the potential of slipping to July as we wait for the authority to advertise, but we're, we're ready to go. No, let me spend a little bit of time talking about No Attack because that's one that's not with Federal Highways, it's with FAA. And what we're looking at doing on that one is articulating in the plan set the areas of risk that we're still waiting on for our right-of-way interests and when we anticipate to have them specifically for, if the contractor chooses to barge into the Red Dog, uh, port and then over winter drive their equipment in through snow road or ice road into Noatak for the right of entry when we expect to have that. Um, we are also looking at providing when we expect to have the final right-of-way for the new airport in. We're really close with that, but we're still waiting for, um, the easement environment documents to be signed and include the date there.

And then also, we are working with the provider for a restrictive native allotment of access through a native allotment to get to the proposed material site that we made available for the project with a proposed date there, even though we are having to wait for the provider to provide the environmental document and the approval for that. And last but not least, what we are waiting on before we advertise is a notification from the Corps that they are putting out the permit for public notice. As soon as we get the notice for that, we will advertise the project and we will probably have a lengthy advertising period between 4 to 5 weeks. As soon as we receive the individual Corps permit, we will add that by addenda and then hopefully open bids soon thereafter. So that is a peek behind the curtains of why we're waiting and when we will advertise NOatak and a couple of the constraints we're up against there.

The Mountain Village snow equipment building is being advertised out of Central Region, and last I heard, that will probably advertise in June. It might slip to July, but sounds like that's in good shape. I moved Seppler Drive out to July. We are still waiting for, um, uh, a response back from the Corps that they are good with the Corps permit on that. We did have to go and enter in a Section 408 activity because of the colbert replacements we're looking at doing on the road that empty into the harbor.

So we're still waiting on that. I mentioned earlier we're waiting on the TIP to be adopted into the STIP. That's why Fast Area Surface Upgrades has slipped to July. It has a potential of slipping again if the TIP doesn't get added by by Federal Highways. I did both Barrow culvert replacement and Nunimakwa Airport improvements are looking like they are, will be advertising in July.

Moving on, we don't, we're not showing any projects in August, but our Fairbanks systematic upgrades for signals are looking good for both Fairbanks and the region, and so we will be advertising that in September. And our FAST area shared use path along various locations in Fairbanks looks good. We are having to complete our utility agreement. It is drafted. We are just waiting for signatures there and then updating the permitting associated with some of the impacts.

The last 3 projects are intended to all fit together. I want them as yellow just to highlight that one of them might slow down the other, but all intents and purposes, we are looking at trying to advertise all three projects together. The Sheep Creek Road Extension Shared Use Path is going out to review this week or next week, really soon, but we're in pretty good shape there, but I am showing that as yellow because we are— it does complicate it when you're advertising multiple projects together. Sheep Creek Road is highlighted as blue. We noticed that was not showing up on the TAS, got that updated in AASHTOWare so it does show that.

It is a very small little segment that's going between the Parks Highway near a side road., up into, across the railroad tracks to, uh, the additional road there. I'm drawing a blank what it's called, but it's, it's really nearby. It's a short little path extension going on for the remainder of what we're showing in the TAS as of right now. Uh, Cordova Second Street is working through their, uh, temporary construction easements. There's a slew of them that we still need to get, but we are optimistic we will get them so we can advertise that in November.

Our Murphy Dome Road is looking really good. We're working through a revised plan set to incorporate a few design changes in there. Uh, and another ADA project in FAST along the Parks Highway in November, that That one looks good to go.

Fast area ADA improvements, more sidewalk work in Fairbanks between 6th and 7th Avenue. Just waiting on a few right-of-way complications to be resolved so we can get that in December.

As well as the next project, our ADA project on Hearst Road. The plan set is due to go over to contracts for review in about a month or two. 2, So we should be on target for December. Our Morris Thompson Community Center, we just completed a, a major hurdle in our environmental process, so that's good. It's not signed yet, but it's looking like we're gonna be in good shape there.

It is still, uh, yellow cuz there's a few little agreements that we need to have in place, but I don't see a problem getting it near that December goal. Center Creek Road, we got the Corps permit application in for that. Hopefully we won't see a delay because of the Corps permit, and we are working on the final design efforts, getting the right-of-way needed for that because there's some minor little tweaks to the right-of-way there and trying to be mindful with the ongoing construction efforts that are happening in Nome for that project. Pioneer Boat Launch project, we're actively working on that. We're finishing up the environmental document.

Once that document can be complete, we can move into final design and then get a plan set out. And that's something that once we get a review set out, that's something that we can put on the tentative advertising schedule so people can be aware of what all that project includes. Tote Cut-Off project, 0 to 8, This is a new project for the region. It popped up a couple months ago. We had some staffing changes in a group that got a new designer hired, and now we're diving into that and starting the environmental document.

It started— it's highlighted as red because we are just now starting the environmental on it. Hopefully there's no surprises and we can get that one expedited appropriately. One project on the Dead Horse Airport showed up for June of 2027. I removed that from the tentative advertising schedule because that project should not have been there. It was kind of like a ghost in the system because that project— all that work was already accomplished and coordinated with the major fence project that's occurring in Dead Horse under construction right now.

So that project was removed from the TAS permanently because we already bid that project., previous year. Um, with that, that's what I have today. We do have a few other projects we are looking at trying to get to the TAS. We're trying to align it with what the STIP is going to show. Um, and we hope to see that out for our public and— our public review here in the near future.

And then from that document, we'll try and get a few more projects populated, um, towards the end of federal fiscal fiscal year '27.
