Um, Madam Clerk, will you note roll? 9:52 PM, and yes, you're all here. And I'm seeing no changes to the agenda. Agenda is approved, so we'll go to agenda topics. Mr. Kelly, Human Resources meeting.

Thank you. Uh, we just finished our Human Resources Committee meeting, at which time we forwarded the appointments, uh, for 3 boards: the Airport, Docks and Harbors, and Eagle Crest. For the Airport Board, I move that we appoint David Epstein to a term ending in 2029. Uh, Mike Newell to a term ending in 2029. Jerry Godkin to a term ending in 2027.

And Jordan Kessler to a term ending in 2028. Any objections?

1:15
Paul Kelly

Seeing none, those appointments are made. Thank you, Madam Mayor. For the Docks and Harbors Board—. Excuse me, Mr. Chair, you had one more little—.

Paul Kelly

Oh yes, I— for the Airport Board, I move that we appoint Nolan Davis as the tenant liaison to a term ending in 2027. Thank you for that. Any objection to that? Seeing none, go ahead, Mr. Chair of Human Resources.

Paul Kelly

Thank you. I appreciate the motion. Um, I move to appoint Tyler Emerson to the Docks and Harbors Board to a term ending in 2029, uh, Shem Scooter to a term ending in 2029, and Steve Fox to a term ending in 2029. Uh, the only correction is it Shem Suter, there's no C. Um, any objection to that? Uh, seeing none, so moved.

Paul Kelly

Mr. Kelly. Thank you. I move that the assembly appoint to the Eagle Crest Board Kevin Krine to a term ending in 2029, Sandy Hussein to a term ending in 2029, and Sean O'Neill to a term ending in 2026.

Any objection to that? Seeing none, so moved.

I see having no public signed up ahead of time for public participation on non-agenda items. Is there anything else from the board?

2:59
Speaker A

We want to thank both Ms. Huskanes and Ms. Wall for their great selections, as always. Seeing this might be your possibly your last one to make selections on. Appreciate your time. Uh, with that, anything else before the board, with before the assembly? Um, sorry, go ahead.

3:19
Paul Kelly

Yeah, uh, yeah, I, um, since you're asking if there's anything else to come before the board, uh, there is, um, one, one thing. Um, we just had the, uh, Downtown Business Association meeting and they, um, They did say that they would be getting in touch about what to do with the partial funding for the ambassador program, whether or not that would be split a certain way between calendar years, or whether that would just be for the end of this year. So they'll be reaching out to you. They'll be reaching out to the city for input. Clarification.

4:04
Paul Kelly

I'm sorry, I didn't get that, Madam Mayor. I said, are they going to reach out to us for clarification on that? Yes, I'm not sure if they'll be reaching out to the assembly specifically or if they'll be reaching out to staff, but it could be one or the other. Okay, thank you for that. All right, nothing further.

4:19
Speaker A

Uh, late happy birthday to Nano Brooks and early happy birthday to Ella Atkinson. We are adjourned. Have a good night, everyone. Good night, everyone. Happy birthday, Madam.

4:34
Speaker A

Do you need anything further? Uh,.
