Scott M. Kendall is an Anchorage attorney and strategic consultant specializing in appellate litigation, constitutional and administrative law, elections, campaign finance, ballot measures, governmental affairs and strategic communications. He served as chief of staff to Alaska Gov. Bill Walker from 2016 to 2018 and previously worked on U.S. Sen. Lisa Murkowski’s successful 2010 write-in campaign and 2016 reelection campaign.
