From the transcript

He was personable, genuine, and deeply dedicated to the people that he worked with, the customers he served, and the aircraft that he flew. He took his work seriously every day, and losing a pilot, and especially not just a pilot but a person like Greg, leaves a massive hole in our industry and certainly in all of our hearts. And that goes to say my sincere condolences to Greg's family, Those up from New Zealand and those that couldn't make it, especially to you, Kelly, I'm so tremendously sorry for your loss.
