Um, I'll provide a little bit of my, um, kind of reason why, and Mr. Kelly and Miss Houskandis can add, um, from their perspectives if they would Um, first I want to say, I, I feel like my intent was not to relitigate the 5-ship limit. We have heard a lot of, I think, misinformation about what this ordinance would do. It wouldn't change anything about the current policy that we have in place that is well supported.
