From the transcript

The proposed $87.95 million capital budget includes all of those projects listed under bond funding, $21.4 million from state that has been acquired or state requests that will be made, federal funding that has either been acquired or will be received, Other funding comes from various places, but some of it comes through the operating budget. Our intergovernmental charges within the operating budget support fleet and the capital management under the fleet division. They also support some of our other maintenance departments, but they are costs under, let's say, OMB's department that end up in maintenance and operations if I drive a municipal vehicle, which I do not. So overall, the property tax portion of the capital budget is $87.95 on request, uh, in April. Next slide, please.
