And to add to that, on our recommendation, uh, I mean, on our— on the list of where can we go from here, um, there obviously, you know, we're, we're like, we're accountants, but we're also operators. So we know that this is just the beginning as far as what the city needs. We know that there are things that can be further improved, and one of the recommendations we had was related to the VMA agreement because of the multiple versions that are still in the files.
