From the transcript

It simply leaves somebody else to carry the consequences. Parents should not have to choose between their child's health and their child's education. Teachers should not be expected to manage medical situations they're not trained to handle, and children should not lose access to school because the support they need has been removed. I'm asking you to look beyond the numbers on a budget spreadsheet and consider the children behind them. Please protect our school nurses and preserve access to qualified nursing care in our schools.
