Committee Development received an application from the Borough Manager. This is based on recommendations from the Lands Committee— of the Borough's Lands Committee regarding the Beaver Lake properties. These are two borough properties, as you mentioned in your— discussion. The proposal that went through the Burrow Lands Committee was disposal of portions of those properties. Those are outlined in the staff report that is attached to this agenda item.
