Manila Health Center, and I don't represent them in my comments, but they do tons for our community and they are always partnering up to do things like build. Right now they're building patient housing and staff housing. So tons of opportunity for great stuff. When it comes to the Ambler Road, I think there's just not consensus that our region wants that. And that's why you're not seeing it really happen like what happens when our region does have consensus, like with the Red Dog Road or with the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act, which really you know, was jumpstarted when our region got together and started advocating for the settlement of our land claims.
