The labor list includes dog poop pickup, weed whacking, general cleanup, and bathroom cleaning. I would suggest the city council instead look into methods to reduce expenses. I would suggest use of parent volunteers use of give-back hour volunteers, use of Boys and Girls Scout volunteers, and finally, the use of temporary on-call labor in place of full-time staff.
