What we do is take a look at the HUD fair market value for the area that you live in, and then depending on your family size, they'll give you housing that's appropriate to it. You may have, have had a 3,000 square foot home, and the program is not going to give you that, but We can give you some housing that's suitable for the size of your family. Um, I really would encourage everyone to go and apply for that individual assistance, even if you're not sure that you have damages that are eligible. Eligible.
