I think we're all looking to try to understand I mean, in Alaska, we are eyes aware, not certain of how this would work. The regulations are not in place. And it has raised an issue of concern in northern waters as well. So I'm wondering if you can share with the committee what you might consider meaningful consultation with territorial governments would look like.
