Matter of fact, we've been having some very interesting and lucrative conversations with both of the museums. And if the decision is made to not to lease but to make a sale, we would like to be considered. And if that would be considered, we would like to do something cooperatively with the other two entities here. Just to review, Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church was founded 1794. It was the first Christian organization of any kind in the state of Alaska.
