From the transcript

All right, I will say I first met Mark when I was president of the Fairview Community Council. He impressed me then, and then I worked with him. I learned more about FOG, fat, oil, and grease, than I thought I would ever need to know. And the stories of people throwing brooms and towels and bicycles down into the pipes. In my day job as ombudsman, I deal with a lot of complaints from members of the public, and I frequently interact with AWU, but you would be surprised at the small number of complaints we receive regarding AWU, and I believe that's directly related to Mark's leadership to the organization that he built over his 21 years, and his impact still affects AWU to this day.
