So, uh, Member Scout and I have had the opportunity to, uh, discuss this matter at length, um, with our constituents, members of the Fairview Community Council, and other neighborhood residents, as well as with the folks from True North Recovery Our understanding, as they've represented to us, is that they have changed the model, what they're looking to do in this location, in response to the feedback they have received from the community.
