From the transcript
Things have been set aside for, you know, I think this particular park, since it was originally platted back in the '50s, as we know, the Armstrong subdivision up there north of Readout, but east of the spur, is— it got platted and it got sold. And so there's a lot of different owners up there. But because of that, we haven't been able to develop because we don't have like one single developer going in, putting in roads, water, sewer, that sort of thing. So when we're looking at that, we realize that that's really a hard place to get into for any kind of development. It was, and I believe it's page 10 of your packet, it is a triangle-shaped park that was designated, like I said, way back in the '50s.
