For a while, if I'm remembering correctly with the update of the fee schedule, I think we were not charging anyone actually for the miner mod. And we recently added a fee that's, I wanna say like $130 or something like that. I can double check that really quick while you're talking actually.
The Anchorage Zoning Board postponed a proposed ordinance Friday that would double the threshold for administrative approval of setback encroachments from 5 percent to 10 percent. Members requested data on how many cases would be resolved administratively under different thresholds and asked legal counsel to clarify whether all eight approval criteria must be met.
