Just down the street. Miss Schmidt and I bought our home at 513 Ash Avenue in September 1985. Major reasons were that there were families with children and covenants that prohibited business operations in Woodland Part 1 subdivision, our neighborhood. We've been homeowners there for 41 years. We've raised our daughter Lily there and have seen several generations of families raise children here.
