We'll begin with Toby. Good evening. The first topic is about the Alaska Board of Fisheries regarding accountability and process, including recent legislative audit and AG decision and Board of Fish appointments. A little bit of background on before the first question: the Alaska Board of Fisheries is responsible for regulating fisheries and managing between user groups, and the governor is responsible for nominating all board members.
