I'm Bernadette Wilson. In roughly 6 weeks, the question that each of you will have to answer when you walk into that voting booth is, what will we do differently this time? We'll sit up on the stage tonight and we will talk about bycatch, we'll talk about allocation issues, we will talk about trawling, we'll talk about conflicts of interest with the Board of Fish, we'll talk about the importance of a Commissioner of Fish and Game. So many of the problems and issues that we will discuss tonight are the same problems and issues that have been discussed on this very stage with numerous gubernatorial candidates in the past. The question that each of us has to answer is, what will we do differently this time?
