Well, a common theme that I'm hearing, obviously, which is not a surprise, is, and it's always been part of it, is how do we use these dollars to not just only have the greatest impact, but really getting to as much stabilization or longevity. The ACCEE Fund board says two programs transferred from the alcohol tax now consume more than $2 million of its $5.2 million base, leaving too little for the operational grants and capital projects the fund was built to deliver.
