And so for those reasons, I hope we can get this bill to each body, get the necessary support. Hopefully the Governor can agree to go along with the bill, and then we work in the future future with the developer who should have more information to provide to the legislature that at least from this conference standpoint we didn't have in its entirety right now. I don't think that is a stretching of reality in any way. So imperfect bill, imperfect process, imperfect everything else, but I think it's important to get this thing forward and achieve the underlying goal, which is to provide property tax relief so this project can attempt to move forward.
