From the transcript

There was defensible argument, I'm sure. Um, but this is a problem that I see with management of sustainable fisheries within our state, is we have to have a consistent baseline understanding how to compare where we're at now with where we've been. And if this, if the goal had not been changed, then it wouldn't have been met in '24 or in '26 either. And I'm not very comfortable with the slim margin in which it met the goal in '24 or '26. And we're about to go over Cook Inlet stock of concern designations where we're about to list 13, potentially list over 13 Chinook stocks.
