Before I get into the meat, the meat of this, the last thing I will mention is that the department, as requested by the Department of Revenue, a draft of this budget was sent to Commissioner Earls on August 14th. And if the board prescribes any changes to the budget here today, staff will communicate those to OMB and Department of Revenue.
