And so when I received this email I asked the attorney and the manager earlier today about USC 16— or National Trail System Act 16 USC 1241-1251, which establishes the National Scenic Trail System, and then under Section 7 codified at 16 USC 1246 about prohibiting motorized vehicles unless there's an emergency or something like this. And would that allow the federal government in any way, shape, or form, if we designated or put that sign on there, could they do anything to restrict the borough's use of land, motorized vehicles crossing borough land? And they can't. And correct me if I'm wrong, Nick. So the way, the way the federal government would be able to tell you what to do on the trail on borough-owned land, right?
