The regulations would have restricted Area M salmon fisheries and ended an adaptive management program that allowed fishing while reducing, reducing June chum salmon harvest to conserve Yukon, Kuskokwim chum salmon stocks. The first question, and it's a two-part question, will go to Jonathan Christ-Thomas. Since the governor nominates all 7 members to the Board of Fish, how would you balance representation between the type of fishery defined as species, gear, and area, and also commercial, sport, and subsistence user groups across the state and region? And the second part of the question is, Are you in favor of having people with commercial fishing experience on the Board of Fish? Mr. Chris Tommins.
