They all, uh, need to be designed, they need to be bid, and then the schedule for replacement for some of these major building systems uh, needs to coincide with a longer break. And so if we have some predictability, we can continue to work on that predictability, especially as we see some of the debt service, uh, retire, and, and we can look to reinvest those dollars. I think that would be of benefit if we did look at a bond, and if the board wanted to look at a bond, it would be to catch up on some of that $411 million. Well, um, Because you're, you're talking about 4 or 5 years out before the debt service starts dropping off. Is that— yeah, 2031, '32, a little bit in 2031.
