And a fifth, final comment: in situations where a proposed project might increase maintenance costs for a road service area, You might want to have the Advisory Board work jointly with the road service area regarding quantifying those costs, where the additional funds might come from, and elevating the issue in its recommendations to the Assembly and administration.
