So again, the future performance periods will be 12 months, but we would like applicants to use these dates when you're developing your work plans, your milestones, your staffing plans, and your budgets.
The Alaska Department of Health opened its Rural Health Transformation Program application portal June 1, giving roughly 400 organizations three weeks to compete for a share of $272 million in federal funds. Applications close at 9 a.m. on June 22.
