I mean, you can have trails, and there are trails on these properties, but typically you're not developing them when they're in the natural use district, as well as they're in the natural use land use designation for the Comprehensive Plan as well. So that's why staff is recommending to retain them. The Assembly always has the ability to You know, of course, the Commission has the ability to send their recommendation just like the Bureau of Lands Committee has. And again, it gets up to the Assembly about making that final decision. And there is nothing that I know of that can, you know, restrict that from happening, that they have the ability to dispose of, you know, say they are going to dispose of it in a certain way.
