And I'll just add briefly too, another piece of this that we didn't say out loud is this does propose term limits. And the idea being, one, that there is some continuity, you know, that hopefully folks would want to stick around, but also that there's a built-in turnover mechanism. So that we don't have the same folks for 20 years, say.
