Um, and now that there has been the conversation around the proposed 1 mil rate reduction in this the city's budget cycle. I'm wondering if there's a different way to maybe look at that where we could potentially keep that 1 mil rate, um, inside city limits, but allow for some property exemptions around primary residences and those that are currently operating as short-term rentals, um, but are willing to make the move into a long-term housing and allow them a little bit of that property tax relief. Something that has been sitting on my desk for a little while, and I've just kind of been wondering about the best way that it could support our community. And with the conversation from yesterday with the 1 mil rate reduction, I just wanted to bring it up to everybody's attention that that is an opportunity. Thanks.
