I mean, 75 days minus, you know, every other part of it. I grew up in the neighborhood. I don't want to see it go to pot either. I can definitely see, you know, the concern with out-of-state investors buying up properties and doing the similar— a similar thing, because I see what the rentals are these days. They're upwards of $2,000 for a very bare basic rental.
