Um, I think that there is definitely work to be done along the lines of rebuilding trust in the processes of the city, and I know that the hiring of the city manager has dragged on long before my time in this role. Um, but I do hesitate to pad the assumption that executive session means secret and shady, because it doesn't necessarily mean that. It doesn't necessarily mean that there are things to be hidden from the public. It might just mean that we want to figure out how to say what we want to say, or, uh, I don't know. I don't know.
