And so as far as geotechnical studies to understand what, what the— say, if there's source materials for gravel or minerals or oil and gas, I'm not certain to that. I know that there's the prospect of oil— of gravel, excuse me, gravel, a material for for that. And one of the other thoughts was that from ADA's perspective, with all of the development, you know, access to gravel, that's something that would be important for infrastructure. And that's one of the reasons why we're considering— we considered submitting the application was for that particular aspect of it. But if, say, there was minerals, we wouldn't be able to mine anything realistically until 2035.
