Yeah, my name is Sean Darnell. I live within 1,000 feet of 11809 West Parks Highway. I'd like to provide comment in opposition of approving a conditional use permit for Alaska Plastic Recovery to operate an industrial plastics processing operation at this location. I recognize that businesses create jobs and contribute to our local economy. However, the question before the council is also about whether this particular use is appropriate for this location and whether the risks to surrounding residents' environment have been adequately addressed.
