The applicant proposes improvements to the current water treatment facility including a new water storage tank and new water lines from the tank to the treatment facility. This facility is the primary source of drinking water to the Village of Carluck. Staff has reviewed the application against KIBC Chapter 17-200. [FOREIGN LANGUAGE] And the staff analysis can be found on pages 3 and 4 of the staff report. The proposed findings in support and the proposed conditions of approval may be found on pages 5 and 6 of the staff report.
