“I'd like to, to clean that process up. And what it involves is, is requires one more person to 2 of us to initiate that and the mayor to agree to put it on the, on the agenda. Because what it would be, what I'd be, what I am requesting is first reading on the 5th, November 5th, and a special meeting with a public hearing on November 12th is what requesting for this.”

That's what was originally, uh, there. It got a lot more convoluted than what I realized on there, but I'd like to, to clean that process up. And what it involves is, is requires one more person to 2 of us to initiate that and the mayor to agree to put it on the, on the agenda. Because what it would be, what I'd be, what I am requesting is first reading on the 5th, November 5th, and a special meeting with a public hearing on November 12th is what requesting for this. And so I'm asking for that tonight to let us publicly discuss that and, and let the public weigh in on it, because we have somebody that was legally elected, the election has been certified, and being told that they can't sit.
