I don't think there's any parcel aside from like an individual lot here and there, but I think we've already teased those out that are suitable for this is, you know, bringing them back to the table because it has been some time, but I wouldn't like to know why those did not move forward. But we're going to have to consider is do we prioritize housing needs or current use? And so we're not going to find a single parcel. The Borough Lands Committee is requesting staff analysis of the 16-acre Killarney Hills parcel (also known as the Cannonball Field) for potential residential subdivision, despite its current use as a youth baseball facility and previous rejection by planning officials in 2018.
