I do think that we need to appoint and have a review process and committee that can really look at what is the process for appointing, We need to have conversations about, is it time to increase membership from 7 to 9? Is it time to have those representatives be regionally representative of the different areas of the state? We need to make sure that they absolutely do not have conflicts of interest. I have no problem with someone that has experience in the commercial fishing industry, but at the end of the day, we need to make sure that every single one of those board members that's there is not there because of a political payback.
